New fleet of Kubota tracked excavators, 1.5 tons through to 8 tons

External yard, mid-winter working, 

HGV reinforced concrete base.

New external access ramp constructed with 24hr rapid setting readymixed concrete with armco barrier and handrail

Saw cut, lift out old drainage channel, retain existing ducts. Dowel bar.

Reinforcing mesh to channels. Internal working, maintaining access for other trades.

Electric saw cutting concrete into blocks with wet-vac to minimise dust, blocks lifted out in phases to maintain work space.

Electric excavator to reduce level dig and place stone, forklifted out concrete blocks and tip skip to move materials in and out of working area

Internal working, steel work fitted 2 layers of A393 mesh, cut and bent bar tied.

Concrete pumped into place, electric powerfloat finish.

Handover to client completed on time, to budget.
